This moment.

You’ve heard that life is a journey

And in this journey

You will bump your head

a couple  plenty of times

when you do

Know that you don’t have to judge yourself

Know that it will not change how God feels about you

There is nothing  you can do

That will make God stop loving you

So breath

Take a moment – to be in the moment

I know the tug of war in your mind

continuously  bothers you about

what you should’ve done better

what you could’ve done more

you cannot go back to yesterday

you also cannot live in tomorrow

all you have is this present moment

this present moment is an opportunity to begin again

this present moment is an opportunity to try again

so focus on the present moment

one step at a time

For this is the day that the Lord has made

Rejoice and be glad!
